My Aunt Hazel is now 96 years old. Within the last three years, she has lived in 10 different places, always requesting to return to Courtyard. She often mentions writing a book about “Effective Full Time Care.” Courtyard is definitely number one on the list. While living in her Bakersfield house, she commented, “This place is going to go out of business. They could take a lesson from the 3 Cs” (Courtyard Care Center). I definitely agree. You treat your patients with respect and dignity. Your employess enjoy their jobs and it is definitely reflected in the quality of care. I recently retired from Los Angeles School District. My expertise was personnel selection and plant management. Courtyard definitely deserves an A.
