Professional Nursing Services
Our nursing team provides individualized care plans, IV therapy, dementia care, wound care, and respite stays. We also offer support for catheter and colostomy care, ileostomy care, off-site dialysis, nutrition and hydration programs, medication management and education, pain management, hospice care, and diabetic management and education.
Restorative Care
Therapy and nursing staff work together on personalized plans that may include ambulation practice, range of motion exercises, help with daily living activities, proper positioning and alignment, skin care and wound management, contracture management with whirlpool treatments, bowel and bladder training, rehabilitative dining, strengthening exercises, and efforts to reduce the use of restraints.
Dietary Services
Meals are prepared to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs based on physician orders. We also provide oral supplemental diets and regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian.
