Our Social Services team assists residents and their families during transitional periods
At the request of the resident, our team can arrange a variety of professional services to support their overall well being. These include dental care, vision services, podiatry, audiology, and dementia assessments.
We can also coordinate psychosocial and psychiatric evaluations, individual therapy sessions, transportation to appointments, and even arrange for someone to accompany the resident when needed. Assistance with power of attorney matters is available as well to help with important personal and legal decisions.
Our team also provides essential information, manage requests and concerns, and help in care and discharge planning for each resident.
